In Sweden, fika means taking a break, a moment to share and nurture relationships. This concept reflects our company's philosophy. It is in the quality of collaboration that the best ideas for each project we undertake emerge.

We develop residential, office and retail projects with excellent design in growing urban areas of Uruguay.

We incorporate artistic expressions into the spaces we build. A way of valuing our culture and setting our buildings apart.

We meet the demand for living spaces with aesthetic, technical and construction solutions. The projects we develop improve people's lives.

We prioritize the use of materials and new technologies that deliver energy efficiency. We promote the use of clean energy that contributes to sustainable urban development in the communities where we work.

We believe in creating value. We generate wealth from the combination of good ideas and the optimal management of resources.
